FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

MudarabaFX operates under full transparency with its clients; however, to that end, over the course of our business we received some questions that are frequent in number. This section summarizes those questions and their answers for your convenience. If you do not find an answer to your question feel free to contact us.

What is your yield on investments?

Average historical yeild has been around 5-10% per month (NOT GUARANTEED)

Is my Investment tied with a time-term or can I withdraw it whenever I wish?

You can withdraw your money whenever you wish. Only you, the owner, has access to your capital and can withdraw it whenever you wish.

Who can access the capital on my trading account?

All withdrawals and deposits can only be made by you as the owner of the trading account. We do not have access to the money in your account. With a special declaration you only give us the right to manage the capital in your account and take a portion of the profit produced.

What are my costs if I become your client?

Our performance fee is 40% of monthly profits calculated on a high water mark basis.

With which Brokers will you/or can I open my Forex money managed account?

FX Choice (US and non-US) and Key To Markets (non-US only), are our partner broker of choice.

What happens with the monthly yield? Is it added to the principal?

Yes all the profits are compounded if not withdrawn.

Can you guarantee the yields?

Each investment holds a certain level of risk with it. Trading on the forex market is by definition a high risk investment and for that reason we cannot guarantee any yields. However, it is in our interest to achieve positive yields. We believe in customer satisfaction - REMEMBER TO INVEST ONLY WITH RISK CAPITAL - TOTAL INVESTMENT LOSS IS A POSSIBILITY

Can I lose my whole Investment?

Do you in any case stop your trading before the end of the month?

Yes we might. In accordance with our managing plan and in the best interest of our investors we might decide to stop trading at any point in the month to secure positive trading results for our investors.

What is your trading schedule?

We trade the London and New York sessions mainly. Our trading month is 20 days excluding bank holidays and vacation time. We allocate 20 business days per year for vacation time with our families.

Which strategies are used by the traders for successful trading?

Automated trading methods are utilized that are build on inter currency correlation principles. Currencies move in relation to each other similar to a pendulum from an extreme positive correlation to an extreme negative correlation. Our proprietary method capitalizes on this movement to capture steady profits. It is normal for our method to hold a constant level of drawdown as profits are built. This is the case due to the positions that are still in "motion" as opposed to the ones that are closed.

How long have you been trading and how many customers do you have?

Each of our traders and technical consultants has over 10 years experience in trading and we currently trade for private clients and institutional investors. We only accept a maximum of 15 investors at any given fiscal year.

I wish to invest. What are the required registration steps?

We help you open your trading account for you in your name or you open your account by yourself.

Click on the "Register" link at the top menu
Complete the account opening procedure at your broker of choice. Both personal and Corporate accounts can be opened.
Provide broker with required identification documents.
Once account is open fund the account.

Trading starts as soon as funds have been cleared for trading and Limited Power of attorney is signed and forwarded to the broker.
